Essentially Recruitment and Search is about access to Talent. Candidates that are not actively looking, candidates who are not registered with multiple agencies. All search professionals access the same talent pool. The reality is the extensive and long-standing 'off-limits' arrangements of many of the larger companies prevent them from accessing many rich sources of skilled and experienced professionals in their chosen field, whether HR, Fee Earner or in the Commercial sectors. A boutique firm like ourselves is not limited by these arrangements, so we are truly able to access the whole market and competitor companies where appropriate.

Essentially Search is about access to talent.
